RUGBY CLUB BARES IT ALL IN 2012 CALENDAR

October25, Honolulu Hawaii -- Harlequins Rugby Football Club based in Honolulu Hawaii has shot a calendar full of candid and intimate photographs of 12 amateur players by photographer Kelli Bullock. Proceeds of the calendar will benefit a local Hawaii charity and the Hawaii Harlequins Rugby Football Club. The calendars will retail for $20.00 and will measure 11" x 17", 14pp and printed on 100# Velvet Matte. Pre-order calendars at  www.rugbyhawaii.com

"All the featured athletes for the calendar are not only amateur athletes just like you and me but are literally the guy next door. This is really the story of the calendar," said David Delozier President of the HHRFC.

The purpose and intent of the 2012 Hawaii Harlequins Rugby Calendar is to promote the game of Rugby in a creative yet artistic manner, while showcasing 12 local amateur athletes.

"The Hawaii Harlequins calendar is a wonderful opportunity to highlight not only our club, and its but to bring attention to rugby in Hawai'i. We are proud of rugby in the state of Hawai'i, of our players, and of our community network," said Alex Stokes HHRFC Vice-President.

About Hawai'i Harlequins Rugby Football Club

Established in 1964, Hawaii Harlequins Rugby Club has been instrumental in establishing Rugby in the Hawaiian Islands.

Throughout the past several decades the team has traveled throughout the Pacific competing in tournaments against some of Rugby¹s best amateur clubs.

Hawaii Harlequins most well known team members have included Stu Wilson, Chris Butcher, and former NFL All Pro Offensive Lineman, John Wilbur.

The team has an active roster of 50 players and 2 coaching staff. Games are played at Kapiolani Park against other teams in the Rugby Hawaii Union.

The Harlequins also host many visiting teams, travel to the other islands and the mainland, and organize annual rugby tournaments
